AIR BLEEDER DEVICE FOR AUTOMOBILE PART

PURPOSE:To lower manufacturing cost and surely prevent invasion of water by insertedly fitting a cap body to the outer circumferential rib of a projecting frame body to cover the whole projecting frame body, and engaging the cover plates of the cap body with the cover ribs of the projecting frame body to form a labyrinth-like air passage communicated to the hole of a drilled hole part. CONSTITUTION:A projecting frame body 24 is integratedly formed together with an automobile part 1 and a drilled hole part 23, and provided with an outer circumferential rib 25 positioned around the drilled hole part 23 and opening downward, and a plurality of cover ribs 26 positioned downward part of the drilled hole part 23 and alternately in the inner direction inclined a somewhat downward. The projecting frame body 24 constituted of the drilled hole part 23 having an air bleeder hole 23a, the outer circumferential rib 25, and a plurality of the cover ribs 26 is covered with a seal cap 28, the cover plates 29 of the seal cap 28 are engaged with the cover ribs 26 of the projecting frame body 24, and a labyrinth-like air flow passage 30 communicated to the hole 23a of the drilled hole part 23 is formed. The use of special formed rubber hose is unnecessary, and hence the manufacturing cost is lowered.
