APPARATUS FOR GUIDANCE OF CONDUCTOR

PURPOSE: To increase a substrate rotary angle by dividing a plurality of conductors into two groups, left and right and guiding each loop by a guide roller row in a device for guiding a plurality of conductors between a position at a fixed side and a position at a rotary side that rotates along with a rotary substrate. CONSTITUTION: A housing 13 is arranged concentrically around a substrate 11, that can be rotated where an energy is supplied via a conductor 37, and a plurality of guide rollers 19 that rotate while being linked one another, are arranged in an annular guide path 17 that is demarcated between the both. A plurality of guide rollers 19 are divided into two groups, left and right, and left and right U-shaped loops 25 and 27 are formed between the outer part at an area to the housing of the rows of left and right guide rollers 19 and the inner part at an area to the substrate 11. Then, a specific number of conductors 37, where one terminal is connected to a connecting body 39 arranged overlappingly in each rotary direction, are extended to the loops 25 and 27, thus connecting a position 21 at the rotary side of the substrate 11 and a position 23 at the fixed side of the housing 13 via the conductor 37.
