Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide excellent press moldability and to easily remove a lubricant by hot water washing after molding by forming a water-soluble polymer film containing fine lubricant particles with a specific average particle size and having specific thickness on the uppermost surface. CONSTITUTION:A water-soluble polymer film containing 5-25vol.% of fine lubricant particles with an average particle size of 1.3mum and having a thickness of 0.7-10mum. The fine lubricant particles are pref. composed of MoS2, graphite, BN or polytetrafluoroethylene. As the polymeric substance of the water-soluble polymer film, hemicellulose and/or gelatin are pref. As the base material, an Al-Mg alloy, an Al-Si alloy or an Al-Mg-Si alloy other than pure Al is used. The water-soluble polymer film is formed by applying a water-soluble polymer soln. having fine lubricant particles dispersed therein by a dip coating method, a spray coating method, a bar coating method or a brush coating method.
