STORAGE METHOD FOR NUCLEAR-CONTAMINATED WATER AND SMALL SOLID

PURPOSE:To safely store waste from nuclear facilities for over tens of thousand years and prevent flowout of nuclear materials by digging a tunnel in tundra, throwing it in there, filling up with water and freezing it. CONSTITUTION:Such earth physical phenomena as the change of revolution orbit of the earth, change of earth axis, warming due to CO2 are predicted. Other geological investigation results such as geological structure, geothermal effect, etc., are comprehended for selecting proper place of tundra with durability and the scale and depth of a tunnel is determined there to dig a tunnel. In the case of nuclear contaminated water, it is injected with a pump by introducing the low temperature air for cooling and making use of the heat capacity of the frozen ground, the filled water in the tunnel is frozen to keep semi- eternally together with tundra. The solid and the like contained in a small vessel is opened to fill in water and by adjusting the relative weight as a whole, the filled water is cooled to freeze and is included in tundra.
