Between teeth parts of these gears 3, 4, continuous displacement cells 13, 17 expanding or reducing for hydraulic fluid are formed in sealing states. In areas of reducing displacement cells 17, 17.1 and 17.2 to be pressure areas of a pump, opening parts 30, 31 are provided at positions apart in a peripheral direction from an exist part 20 and liquid within the displacement cell 17 is made to flow out to an exit passage 21 via a connection passage 33.
