PIPING UNIT AND PIPING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE:To make it possible to largely systemize the piping work of feed water or hot-water supply system of collective housing. CONSTITUTION:A piping unit 1 comprises a header 10, and a main piping member 11 and branch piping members 12, 12,... which communicate with each other through the header 10. The length of each of the piping members 11, 12 is adjusted beforehand so that the leading end thereof reaches a desired terminal end of piping, and bending marks T, T,... are provided on the bent portions as far as the terminal end of the piping to show bending positions, or left and right directions or upper or lower position. When the unit 1 is constructed through a ceiling, the header 10 is fixed to a predetermined location of the ceiling and each of the piping members 11, 12 is successively fixed to the ceiling, while the piping member is bent through right angles at the position and in the direction based on the bending marks. As a result, the end of each of the piping members 11, 12 can be led to the desired terminal end so that a high-grade systemization can be achieved.
