CONJUNCTION STRUCTURE OF PARTITION PLATE AND REINFORCING BAR OF UNDERGROUND CONTINUOUS WALL

PURPOSE:To easily and securely fit a partition to a steel reinforcing bar cage by projecting the ends of horizontal reinforcements of the steel reinforcing bar cage through insertion holes to pierce the partition and fitting nuts at both front and rear sides of the partition and fastening them. CONSTITUTION:Pierced holes 3a are provided on an partition 3. Horizontal reinforcements 4a and vertical reinforcements 4b are combined as a steel reinforced bar cage 4. The ends of horizontal reinforcements 4a are provided with screw structures 9. The ends of horizontal reinforcements 4a are projected to pierce the partition 3 through the pierced holes 3a and fastened with nuts 10 positioned at the front and rear sides of partition 3. In this case, welding is unnecessary and the partition 3 is fixed only by fastening nuts 10 to the end of steel reinforcing bar cage 4. The nuts 10 are projected at the front and rear sides to form a ragged face and increase the adhesive force to the concrete as a shearconnector. In this way, conjunction of a partition 3 of a prior element 1 with the concrete of a posterior element 2 is strengthen and hence a panel can be made as a unit.
