Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a simplified device for controlling carrying of a carrier for a textile bobbin by discriminating existence of a cop carrier in a standby position range in a work station of a textile machine. CONSTITUTION: A sensor device 41 is provided in the range of a standby position 9 adjacent to a reminding part 8 of a bobbin station. The sensor device 41 has a serial vibration circuit I, and this circuit I is connected to a reference vibration circuit II. As a cop carrier 3 reaches the stand-by position 9 to enter into a work range of a high-frequency coil of the vibration circuit I, voltage change is caused in the vibration circuits I, II by a secondary coil 40 provided in the cap carrier 3. This is detected by a comparator 20 and is converted into an evaluative signal by a winding station electronic device 18.
