Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To extinguish fire of waste stacked on the field by placing aerated mortar on an upper surface of a burning part to cover the part with a layer of the aerated mortar so as to stop supply of fresh air to the part when fire is caused at the waste stacked on the field. CONSTITUTION:Raw mortar in an agitator drum 2 is supplied in a constant quantity to a line mixer 4 by a constant displacement pump 5, while foam is generated by a foam generating device 3 to be supplied by the line mixer 4 in a constant quantity, so the raw mortar and the foam are mixed and kneaded in the line mixer to be foam slurry. The foam slurry is supplied by a squeeze pump 6 to above a position where waste is burning, so it is placed in a specified thickness to form a layer of aerated mortar of the specified thickness on an upper surface of the waste for stopping supply of fresh air. Fire extinguishing effect can thus be achieved in easy operation securely, and cost can be restricted low. In addition, since generation of sparks or soot can be restricted, secondary damage can be restricted.
