Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To make it possible to repair a defect in connection between a pointing pad and a signal line and improve a decrease in yield due to the defect of the signal line by forming many conductive layers for repair, whose one end is extended over a signal line and the other end is extended over the bonding pad, over a 1st insulating layer. CONSTITUTION: A conductive layer 201 for repair is formed over the connection part between the signal line 103 and bonding pad 104. One end of the conductive layer 201 for repair is extended up to above the signal line 103 and the other end is extended up to above the bonding pad 104. Further, the conductive layer 201 for repair is formed while insulated from the signal line 103 and bonding pad 104 by an insulating layer 106. The signal line 103 is formed of aluminum which is low in resistance and superior in adhesion to the substrate, and the bonding pad 104 and conductive layer 201 for repair are fold of chromium having superior pressure resistance.
