Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent the denaturation of protein, regenerate the denaturated protein and improve the productivity of protein by utilizing danK gene coding a heat shock protein. CONSTITUTION:A danK gene coding a heat shock protein DanK originated from a thermophilic Bacillus stearothermophilus such as Bacillus stearothermophilus SIC1 strain is cloned. The danK gene is constructed of 1,809bp and codes 603 amino acids. The cloning of the danK gene can be carried out by introducing a DNA fragment originated from thermophilic microorganism into a vector, transforming a host microorganism with the prepared plasmid and culturing the transformant. |
