PRIMARY BOBBIN FOR IGNITION COIL

PURPOSE:To supply a hollow section smoothly with a fitting resin at the time of shrinkage on curing by forming a communicating path to the collar section of a primary bobbin while shaping an inflow port projected to the outside in the axial direction from the outside end of the collar section of a secondary bobbin facing the collar section and a gradient section between the inflow port and the hollow section. CONSTITUTION:A communicating path 40 communicating a hollow section 35 and a space section 12 is formed on the extended section 22 side of a primary bobbin 20. The communicating path 40 is shaped to an upper section on the base end side of the extended section 22. An inflow port 41 upward opened toward the space section 12 with the formation of the communicating path 40, a gradient section 42 downward inclined from the inflow port 41 and an internal opening section 43 opened to the hollow section 35 are formed. Accordingly, the inflow port of the communicating path easily receives a filling resin from the space section in a case while the filling resin can be introduced smoothly into the hollow section by the gradient section.
