Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent possible creeping of chilled water during the stoppage of water supply by determining the position of a valve during the stoppage based on temperature in a forecasting tube of a heat exchanger, set temperature during the stoppage and the temperature of water intake to drive a bypass valve at the position of the valve during the stoppage. CONSTITUTION:A bypass path 4 is provided to make at water intake path 2 communicate with a hot water delivery path 3 bypassing a heat exchanger 1, an overspillage preventing water quantity servo valve 5 is provided on the hot water delivery path 3 on the downstream side from a convergence section of the bypass path 4 and the bypass path 4 is provided with a bypass valve 6. Then, the temperature in a forecasting tube of the heat exchanger 1 is calculated during the stoppage of the supply of hot water to set a set temperature during the stoppage and a hot water mixing ratio is calculated from the temperature in the forecasting tube, the set temperature during the stoppage and the temperature of a water intake. The position of the valve during the stoppage of the bypass valve 6 is determined based on the hot water mixing ratio during the stoppage calculated. Thus, the bypass valve 6 is driven in the direction of closing to increase a choking value by a displacement value thereby eliminating creeping of the chilled water.
