Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To construct a fiber-reinforced resin permanent form with the same construction method as that of a conventional plywood form, handle it comparatively easily in the case of the comveyance and movement, attain good work efficiency in construction, and prevent the occurrence of water permeability or water leakage in the surface it is constructed as a concrete construction. CONSTITUTION:Fiber-reinforced resin permanent forms are formed of a rectangular fiber-reinforced resin board 2 projecting anchor threads on the thereof. The ends along width are such that one end is formed in recessed grooves 3 and that the other end is formed in interlocking projection threads 4 interlocking with the recessed grooves 3. Filling grooves 7 of caulking compound are formed between the ends of forms 1 in the case the FRP permanent forms 1 are connected to wach other with the recessed grooves 3 and interlocking projection threads 4.
