Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the life of steel by sticking or winding sheet metal consisting of anticorrosion metal so as to cover the surface of steel such as pipes or plates, and welding the overlapped parts by laser welding. CONSTITUTION:Anticorrosion sheet metal 2 such as stainless steel plate is cut off into a prescribed size, and it is wound or stuck on the surface of steel such as steel pipe 1 so as to cover it. Next the overlapped parts 5 of joints 3 in the outer circumferential direction and joints 4 in the axial direction are welded by laser welding. Hereby, it is prevented that the constituent of the mother material 1 is diffused and corrosion resistance of the welded part is spoiled. Further in the case of breakage of the covering plate 2, it can be repaired by welding only the part. Hereby, the life of the steel can be improved.
