Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide various machining with high efficiency by placing a turn head device on a numerically-controlled three-spindle unit. CONSTITUTION:A column C placed on a cross-slide, which is formed with a slide unit S1 to slide in a X-axial direction and a slide unit S3 to slide in a Z-axial direction, has a turn head H fixed to a slide unit S2 to slide in a Y-axial direction and position-controlled in any place by a numerical control device. Among machining spindles arrayed at desired pitches being machining a work W after the turn head H is turn-positioned, a machining spindle T2, not being worked, is arranged on the turn head H to avoid interference with the work, a jig and others. In this case, the turn head can be freely controlled in X-axial and Y-axial directions to the extent that the machining spindle, not performing machining indexed by the turn head H, does not interfere with the jig or others.
