CONSTITUTION:From the opening 12a that is formed on the top of a large structure such as an engine base plate of a vessel for example, the equipment is inserted for installation by the use of a crane, etc., and a base 1 is fixed by driving a cylinder device 26 and projecting a retractable rod 25 on a wall.
