Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of decision by providing a master set with a deciding part including a signal addition mean part and a neural network to decide the existence of a respose signal from a sensor equipment to a transmission signal generated from the master set. CONSTITUTION:A transmission signal C transmitted from the master set 1 is received by the sensor equipment 2, and when the signal from the master set 1 is stopped, a respose signal is generated from the sensor equipment 2. In the master set 1, a transmitting/receiving antenna 6 receives the signal D and a detector 7 removes a transmission signal part corresponding to transmission time from the signal D, extracts a section in which the response signal is to exist and outputs a signal E obtained by squaring the signal existing in the extracted section. Then an addition mean part 8 finds out the addition mean of several periods in each period of the signal E and decides the addition mean to the decision part 11. The deciding part 11 decides whether a response signal is included in the received signal or not by using a previously learned neural network 9. Thereby even when a noise is superposed to a signal, the signal can be highly accurately decided.
