SOUND VOLUME CONTROLLER

PURPOSE:To perform volume setting correctly by notifying a fader position when the execution of a sound volume level increasing operation is detected by an operation detecting part. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 4 always checks whether or not a volume-up key 1 is depressed, and judges whether or not the maximum volume is obtained when the key is depressed. When no maximum volume is obtained, volume-up is instructed. When the maximum volume is obtained, it is judged whether or not a fader is located in the center, and processing is completed when it is located in the center. When the fader is outside the center, the fader position is displayed on a mode display 5. In other words. when the fact that a sound volume level shows the one over a prescribed level and also, a fader volume level is outside the prescribed level is detected by a state detecting part, and also, the execution of the sound volume-up operation is detected by the operation detecting part, the fader position at that time is notified to a user visually or audibly by a notification operating part.
