Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce vibration sufficiently at transient time when a period is changed by optimizing the second vibration at every single period to reduce the first vibration being periodic vibration. CONSTITUTION:The first periodic vibration generated by an engine 8 is reduced by an interferential action of the second vibration outputted from loudspeakers 11 installed in the interior 2. The second vibration is set with every single period of the first vibration, and this second vibration is corrected, that is, optimized according to signals from microphones 12 to detect vibration in the interior 2 and transfer characteristics between the microphones 12 and the loudspeakers 11. When interpolating calculation or analog processing is carried out at transient time when a periodic change like acceleration-deceleration time is caused, a previous time vibration waveform can be expanded and contracted as a whole so as to become a required length of this time vibration waveform.
