Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve transportation efficiency, to prevent deformation of a member and to improve a parent metal yield in manufacture by contriving a structure capable of shortening length of a tie-in part with a beam steel frame of a joint metal fitting at a column and beam joint part. CONSTITUTION:To a protruded part of a joint metal fitting 3 installed on a side surface of a column steel frame 1, a flange of a beam steel frame 2 is joined. To restrict length of the protruding part of the joint metal fitting 3 short and to secure necessary joint part length, a filler plate 4 of the roughly same thickness is set along the flange of the beam steel frame 2 adjacent to the protruding part. Additionally, by setting a splice plate 5 striding on the protruding part of the joint metal fitting 3 and the filler plate 4, they are joined by a high strength bolt 6.
