METHOD FOR SCREENING SINTERED ORE

PURPOSE:To enable efficient screening to sintered ore conforming with the product standard and % improve the treating efficiency in the whole sintering process. CONSTITUTION:In the screening method for sintered ore with a screening device arranged at plural steps, this screening is composed of a process for separating the sintered ore into the plus sieve and the minus sieve by screening with 10-20mm of the sieve opening 4 arranged at the first step, a process for further separating the above plus sieve with 40-60mm of the sieve opening 7, a process 6 for crushing the above plus sieve in 40-60mm of the sieve opening, a process for returning back the minus sieve to charge raw material into a sintering machine 2 as the returned ore after screening the minus sieve in 10-20mm of the sieve opening and the crushed plus sieve in 40-60mm of the sieve opening into the minus sieve and the plus sieve with at least 4mm of the sieve opening 5 arranged at the second step and a process for carrying out the plus sieve at the second step and the minus sieve in 40-60mm of the sieve opening as the product. In the sintered ore, as the intermediate size easily formed to the powder is selectively recovered to make the product, the efficiency of the product-making can be improved.
