Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To put a wire mesh in the state of generating no clogging without stopping an extruder by forming a filter wire mesh into a belt shape, incorporating the mesh movable to the outside, operating a heater on the discharge side of the wire mesh when the mesh is clogged, melting solidified resin and moving the wire mesh in the discharge direction at a given speed by means of extrusion pressure. CONSTITUTION:Foreign matters are removed out of molten resin extruded from an extruder 11 by a wire mesh 23 of a filter device 21 and transferred to a mold 6 through a breaker plate 24. The wire mesh 23 is formed into the belt shape and inserted from an inlet section 33 into an outlet section 36 of the filter device 21. A heater is set in a filter device main body 31, and water cooling holes are formed on the inlet section 33 and the outlet section 36, and water cooling is applied at the time of operation to prevent the leakage of resin. When a clogging is generated on the wire mesh 23, a heater 41 of the outlet section 36 is operated to melt the resin, and a part of molten resin out of the extruder 11 is allowed to leak to move the wire mesh 23 forcibly. The discharged part of the wire mesh 23 is cut and thrown away. The moving speed of the wire mesh 23 is set as 100mm per one hour or less. |
