ASSEMBLING AND DISASSEMBLING DEVICE FOR BOLTLESS TURBINE ROTOR

PURPOSE:To install and remove easily restrictive members restricing a movable blade body in the longitudinal direction of a turbine disk body when a boltless turbine rotor is assembled and disassembled. CONSTITUTION:An assembling and disassembling device has a disk shape base plate 42 held horizontally, a restrictive claw support member 52 fixed at an interval around the base plate 42 and a restrictive claw body 58 which is supported with the restrictive claw support member 52 and whose position can be adjusted in the diametrical direction of the base plate 42, and has a claw 59 to push-press inward the outsides of retainers 40 and 41 fitted in a retainer groove of a turbine disk body 19 fixed to the tip of the restrictive claw body 58 and a mounting and demounting tool 78 which is supported so as to be capable of being raised and lowered by a raising and lowering mechanism 66 and can engage with restrictive members 26 and 27 connected to the turbine disk body 19 by the retainers 40 and 41. The outsides of the retainers 40 and 41 are push-pressed by the claw 59, and the restrictive members 26 and 27 are mounted and demounted by the mounting and demounting tool 78.
