CONSTITUTION:In the negative charged toner for electrostatic charge image developing, the silica processed with the fluorine-containing quaternary ammonium salt compd. expressed by the general formula is stuck on the surface of the toner containing at least a binder resin and a colorant. Here, X is SO2, CO. R1, R2, R3 and R4 are H, 1-10C lower alkyl, aryl group. (n) is a positive integer. (m) is a positive integer.
