Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent deformations attributable to contractions of foam insulation materials, and enhance assembling work efficiency in an insulated box member used as a refrigerator or a show case. CONSTITUTION:A slab made by slicing a waste material, such as an expanded material is compressed and formed with a press. A spacer 10 made of a compressed high density insulation material whose foams are completely crushed is pasted on the internal surfaces of an inner box 2 or an outer box 2 which are matched with a part 6 of a wall thickness between the outer box 2 and the inner box 3 which changes dramatically compared with the thickness of the surrounding wall.
