Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To effectively heat with low-cost night power charge by saving power usage in the daytime by effectively utilizing heat storage amount stored in a night power time zone. CONSTITUTION:A third throttling unit 22 is provided in a heat dissipating circuit. The heat storage type air conditioner comprises a heating load detecting means 201 for detecting a heating load based on a difference between a temperature in a measuring chamber and a target temperature in a room, a heat storage amount detecting means 202 for detecting a heat storage amount based on a measured heat storage medium temperature and a storage amount of a heat storage medium 21 in a heat storage tank 9, and a throttling unit opening control means 203 for regulating the opening of a third throttling unit 22 based on detected values from the means 201 and 202. Thus, a flow rate of refrigerant flowing in a heat dissipating circuit is regulated in response to the heating load and a refrigerator evaporating capacity of a heat storage heat exchanger 10.
