METHOD FOR REGENERATING TREATMENT OF FILTRATION FILTER

PURPOSE:To recycle a once used polymer filtration filter without deteriorating the filtration accuracy by subjecting a filter in a spinneret pack for melt spinning a polyester to the regenerating treatment under specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:A used filtration filer 5 made of a laminated type wire net or a metallic nonwoven fabric after use of a spinneret pack for melt spinning a polyester is arranged in a position at a height of >=1/3 from the base of a treating vessel 1 filled with an organic solvent 7. The solvent heated in a heating and circulating device is kept warm with a heater 9 for heat insulation to dissolve and elute the polymer sticking to the filter. The filter is then taken out of the treating vessel while the solvent temperature is >=60 deg.C. The taken out filter is subsequently washed with water or warm water. The washed filter is then separated into a rim part and individual filter parts. The separated filter parts are subsequently treated with an alkaline solution, then washed with water or warm water and further washed ultrasonically or with a low- pressure fluid in finish. The filter parts are died to carry out the inspection of mesh opening and relaminating assembly.
