Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a foaming and flame retardant resin composition which has excellent foaming properties, thus can give foamed products of excellent flame retardancy. CONSTITUTION:The foaming, flame-retardant resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin resin matrix mainly containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer where the content of the vinyl acetate is 5 to 20wt.%, (B) 50 to 200 pts.wt. of a inorganic flame retarder, (C) 1 to 15 pts.wt. of a polyhydric alcohol and (D) 15 to 30 pts.wt. of a foaming agent.
