AUTOMATIC TRANSFER POSITION DETERMINING DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLY MEMBER

PURPOSE:To smoothen the receiving/delivery of an assembly member to a transfer device by installing a guide for adjusting the interval between chucking plates and installing a copying mechanism set along the guide, when transfer is carried out by nipping a transfer member by the chucking plates which are arranged oppositely on a transport conveyor means. CONSTITUTION:As for a transfer device for transferring an assembly member A in an automatic working device for a wooden panel, a plurality of chucking plates 1 are arranged along the traveling direction, keeping a prescribed interval, through the installation metal fittings, on a chain roller 2 of a chain conveyor set along a transfer part. The assembly member A is transferred to the next process in the state where the assembly member A is nipped between the chucking plates 1a and 1b in pair in an opposed state. In this case, one chucking plate 1b is installed in free turning-up/down for the chucking plate 1a by a copying mechanism 4. In other words, the chucking plate 1a is fixed on an installation frame 6 which is swingable around an axis 8, and a copying roller 5 which is bearing-supported at the lower edge part of the installation frame 6 is rolled along a cam surface on one side of a guide 9.
