PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE OF PRESSURE INFORMATION IN PRESSURE SENSOR

A threshold setting means 4 calculates and sets a detection threshold W on the basis of the effective pressure range, and also sets stable operation thresholds T, U on the basis of the effective pressure ranges X, Y and the threshold W. A judging means 5 compares the output signal of the element 1 with the threshold W and the thresholds T, U, and generates a detection output and a stable operation output, which are used as the information for sequence processing.
