METHOD OF MEASURING MASS OF TRANSFER BODY

PURPOSE: To obtain a method for measuring dynamic mass capable of measuring the mass of a transfer object rapidly with high accuracy by utilizing dynamic characteristic constant particularly in a conveyor belt scale or a mass selector. CONSTITUTION: Since a load cell is displaced by the mass of a placed object when the moving object is placed on a measuring instrument, the displacement signal of the cell is continuously received by a microprocessor, which initially analyzes the signal value before the displacement signal becomes a stable signal by utilizing the dynamic characteristics of the cell. Since the microprocessor decides the various calculating processes via a repetition minimum squaring method, it extremely rapidly and accurately improves the reliability of static mass measurement, and object selecting means transfers and guides the mass.
