Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the quality of insulation at a high temperature by providing an electrode through a dielectric layer containing aluminum nitride as a main component to reduce a reduction degree of capacity of a capacitor when the frequency of an AC electric field applied to the condenser is increased, thereby reducing an electric power loss in the inner part of the capacitor. CONSTITUTION:Aluminums nitride is used as the main component of the dielectric layer of a capacitor. The dielectric layer of the capacitor may be made up of an aluminum nitride component by itself and also may contain the other component than aluminum nitride. Therefore, the percentage content of aluminum nitride in the dielectric layer is normally not less than 80% by weight. The structure of the capacitor is not particularly limited but the structure publicly known for a fixed capacitor is employed therefor. Thereby, the reduction degree of capacitor of a capacitor at high frequencies of AC electric field is reduced and an electric power loss in the inner part of a capacitor is reduced, so that the quality of insulation at a high temperature can be improved.
