PURPOSE:To reduce the workload of picture generation and to shorten a processing by judging an accurate picture generating method to be applied also at the time of generating an animation in accordance with condition at the picture generation of computer graphics, etc. CONSTITUTION:An object data output function block 101 includes a selecting function block 104 in its inside, and the block 104 judges which object data output function block out of plural ones 1 to n is to be properly used based upon distance/direction data 102 inputted from the block 104 and connects a distance/direction data selecting output 105 and an object data selecting input 106 to the distance/direction data input 122 and object data output 123 of the selected object data output function block.
