MEASURING DEVICE OF DISCONTINUOUS STRUCTURE BODY

PURPOSE:To accurately obtain the space information such as the displacement, dimensions, and spacing of a discontinuous structure body even if the spacing and dimensions of the discontinuous structure body to be measured are small. CONSTITUTION:Terminals 1a-1f are discriminated and the positions are recognized by a quantity-of-light signal Ic which is detected by a quantity-of-light detection part 2c and is binary-coded and then are processed by a signal processing part 4, thus calculating a terminal position Pi, a terminal width Wi, and a distance Di between terminals. Then, by obtaining the signal value of a displacement signal Hc corresponding to a calculated terminal position Pi of the terminals 1a-1f, an amount of displacement Hi of the terminals 1a-1f is obtained.
