Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To allow the optimum fuel control and facilitate the deployment to a different internal combustion engine by determining the inflow air quantity based on the pressure in an intake pipe estimated by the signal from an air quantity sensor, and correcting the determined air quantity with the pressure and the engine speed. CONSTITUTION:The intake air quantity from an air cleaner is determined by an air quantity converting means 51 based on the output signal of an air quantity sensor 2, and the present estimated pressure is determined based on the air quantity flowing into a cylinder determined by an air quantity calculating means 53 previously and the previous estimated pressure in an intake pipe determined by a pressure estimating means 52. The present air quantity flowing into the cylinder is calculated by the air quantity calculating means 53 based on the present estimated pressure in the intake pipe, the cylinder period determined by a cylinder period detecting means 55, the correction coefficient determined by a correction coefficient calculating means 56, and the engine inherent coefficient such as displacement. The fuel quantity to be injected is calculated by a fuel injection quantity calculating means 54 based on the corrected air quantity determined by the air quantity calculating means 53 for fuel control.
