Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To cause a bucket to further approach the operation part side as contact between the bucket and the operation part is prevented from occurring, in a back hoe wherein a restraint surface is set on a space separated from the operation part by a given distance and when the bucket is moved to the restraint surface, a back hoe device is automatically stopped and a contact between the bucket and the operation part is prevented from occurring. CONSTITUTION:One of restraint surfaces A1-A5 and B1-B5 spaced away externally from the operation part of a revolving table 2 by respective different distances is artificially selected. When a bucket 6 is moved to the selected restraint surface of the restrains surfaces A1-A5 and B1-B5, a hydraulic cylinder for driving a back hoe device is stopped and restrained and blocked based on detection by a position sensor.
