PRODUCTION OF MANIFOLD FOR INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE HAVING RESIN PASSAGE HAVING SMOOTH CURVE BUILT THEREIN

PURPOSE:To eliminate the trouble due to the offset flow or stagnation of a molten resin by packing a manifold with the bent part and branch part of the resin passage in the manifold as the insert of the bent part having an arbitrary radius and the branch part and performing the inner and outer surface welding of a joint. CONSTITUTION:The place becoming the bent part and branch part of the resin passage in a manifold is set to an insert and grooves having an arbitrary radius are cut in a plurality of block like materials and combined to form a resin passage 1. A joint is integrated by welding inner and outer surfaces. The obtained cores 1,2 are packed in the hole 4 made in the manifold. By this constitution, a conventional right-angled bent part or branch part can be eliminated.
