Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To secure good running of molten metal by forming and keeping a pouring basin part at the upper part from a cavity and making to act the molten metal existing in the pouring basin part as the working of a feeder head, in the precision casting for pouring the molten metal into a mold cavity by reducing the pressure from the back side of the permeable mold to suck the molten metal. CONSTITUTION:By reducing the surrounding pressure of the mold 1 manufactured with the permeable material providing a nozzle 3 for sucking up the molten metal at the lower part, the molten metal is sucked up to pour the molten metal into the mold cavity 2. The pouring basin part 5 positioned at the upper part from the cavity 2 and easily sucking up the molten metal by reducing the pressure is arranged, and during casting, the molten metal sucked up in the pouring basin part 5 is kept to there and utilized as the feeder head. Further, the product having a projecting part and a thin part can be cast and also, Ti or Ti alloy can be cast as the subject in this method. By this method, the good running of the molten metal is secured and the molten metal can be cast in the low superheat because of the good running and the casting of high active metal, such as Ti alloy can be executed without any disadvantage.
