METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SALTING PROCESS IN MEAT PROCESSING

PURPOSE:To enable the non-destructive judgement in the control of a salting process in food processing similar to the judgement by a skilled person. CONSTITUTION:The salting degree of edible meat is judged by measuring the electrical conductivity of the meat with an impedance measuring equipment.
