Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a joint body for an electrode with a film, which is for a fuel cell of proton exchange film type using a fluorine series cation exchange film, wherein the film presents a good output characteristic for the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:A film is prepared for a fuel cell of proton exchange film type which uses a flhorine series cation exchange film, and in manufacturing a joint body for an electrode with this film, alkali metal one valent to exchange radical is immersed in one or more of such solvents as alcohols, glycols, and amines or a hybrid solvent of them and water in the condition that exchange radical is introduced as counter-ion for exchange radical. A film subjected to a wet swelling process at a temp. 120 to 220 deg.C and having a water content between 40% and 300% is joined with a gas diffusion electrode by means of hot press, and joint body is subjected to an acid treatment, and joint body for electrode with film is prepared for converting the exchange radical into acid type. |
