Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the sliding reliability of the magnetic disk device by lessening the attraction of a magnetic head to a thin-film type magnetic disk by a lubricant used for this magnetic disk. CONSTITUTION:The slider 10 of the magnetic head of the magnetic disk device using the magnetic disk of the thin-film type stuck with the lubricant on the surface in order to lessen the wear of the magnetic disk and the magnetic head and the slider surface side of a recording and reproducing element part 11 fixed to the end of the slider 10 are coated by a fluorocarbon film 12 having the property to make these parts hardly wettable with water. As a result, the magnetic head is hardly attracted to the magnetic disk even if the lubricant absorbs the moisture in the air.
