PRODUCTION CONTROL DEVICE

PURPOSE:To stabilize the prepared stock quantity in a low level without causing shortage of products to customers by strengthening the manufacture advance control. CONSTITUTION:Information required for manufacture of every lot, a manufacture advance state of each actual article of each separate lot, a prepared stock state in each manufacturing process of each actual article, and the actual prepared quantity of each separate lot being the sum total of the manufacture plan quantity, the intermediate prepared quantity and the stock quantity of each actual article are stored in a manufacture specifications information storage device 1, an advance actual result information storage device 2, an actual article information storage device 4, and a type number lot information storage device 5, respectively, and a manufacture quantity/manufacture timing determining device 9 determines the manufacture quantity quality and the manufacture timing of every lot so that the actual prepared quantity coincides to the utmost with the target prepared stock quantity obtained by adding the prepared stock quantity of the absolute minimum to the necessary prepared stock quantity on the expected data of delivery, a day's schedule instructing information storage device 3 stores a term of manufacture in each manufacturing process of each actual article, an on-line device 15 executes a manufacture instruction to each manufacturing process and actual result information of the manufactured actual article is imparted to each storage device, and the manufactured product is delivered to customers in order of delivery of each order.
