PURPOSE:To attain reproducing the message of guidance on 4 time and telephone number, etc., even with a small capacity ROM by remarkably reducing the editing table area in the ROM. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a RAM part 13 copying the editing table stored in the ROM part 12 and attaining rewriting the ROM part 12, and is constituted so that the information on time and tow telephone number, etc., in addition to a reproducing editing table number are received from an external controller as a parameter, and since the editing table copied in the RAM part 13 is revised by the parameter, only the basic editing table may be held by the ROM part 12, and the editing table area in the ROM part 12 is reduced remarkably, and the massage of the guidance on time and telephone number, etc., are reproduced even with the small capacity ROM.
