Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a diesel engine particulate trap, having excellent collecting efficiency with low pressure loss and small electric power quantity required for combustion regeneration. CONSTITUTION:A heater-attached filter element 10 is mounted in a vessel installed halfway in an exhaust system. The element 10 is to have structure, in which an electric heater 3 is nipped between opposite surfaces of filters (between filters 1 and 2). Consequently, the surface area of the filter and also heating efficiency by the heater 3 can be increased.
