Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To increase safety of detached houses built on an artificial ground made of primary structural posts, beams, and floors in case of an earthquake. CONSTITUTION:In detached houses 3 built on an artificial ground made of primary structural posts 1, beams and floors 2, the foundations of the houses 3 are fixed on the floor 2 of the artificial ground by anchors 4 and the roofs of the houses 3 are also fixed to the ceiling of the artificial ground by anchors 5. Accordingly, horizontal forces acting on the houses 3 (secondary structure) at an earthquake can be greatly reduced and the horizontal forces of the artificial ground (primary structure) at an earthquake are also reduced. And hence, the length of bearing walls of the houses 3 can be reduced and the cost is decreased. Besides that, since the area of natural illumination in the houses can be increased, the living conditions can be improved. As a result, houses giving a detached built image and a high grade sense can be supplied.
