Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To continuously manufacture fluidization treated soil required for a construction site while compacting constitution of a device and facilitate movement thereof. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 5 is installed in the axis of a cylindrical device main body 1 in which soil and water are supplied and an addition agent is charged, and the shaft 5 is provided with a spiral 6 for imparting thrust force in the downward direction and an impeller 7 for imparting thrust force in the floating direction. By means of thrusting action of the spiral 6 and impeller 7, the soil, water and addition agent are staying and kneaded with each other.
