EVACUATING APPARATUS FOR CASTING

PURPOSE:To maintain good evacuating performance by heating absorbed thermal decomposited gas of resin by a heater, conducting the gas in a condenser preventing it from liquefying in a suction tube, liquefiable component of the gas by cooling the gas in the condenser and recovering the liquefied gas component. CONSTITUTION:By operating a suction pump 6, the thermal decomposed gas of resin is sucked from the suction tube and conducted to the condenser 4 to be cooled. In the condenser 4, gaseous phenol, cresol, etc., included in the thermal decomposed gas are condensed to be liquefied and the liquid is recovered in a recovering container 8 provided on the condenser 4. Good evacuating performance is maintained for a long period since the phenol, etc., are not solidified in a tar like state to be cohered in a piping. The absorbing tube 2 is adequately heated by the heater 3 and clogging in the suction tube by liquefying of the thermal decomposed gas before it is conducted in the condenser 4 is not generated. Thus, good evacuating performance is maintained for a long period.
