Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide the producing device and producing method for ultra-pure water which form org. oxide and colloidal materials into solid particulates and make the device higher in efficiency and smaller in size. CONSTITUTION:The untreated water led from a water injecting pipe 5a passes an aspirator 11. An aerating gas is vigorously mixed in the form of extremely small bubbles with the untreated water so as to make the water turbid, by which the contact area per unit volume with the untreated water is increased. A large amt. of this gas is eventually dissolved into the untreated water and the high-efficiency aeration is made possible. The aeration is started right after the aerating gas is incorporated into the untreated water by the aspirator 11. The aeration progresses even before the untreated water arrives at a reaction tank 1A. The aerating gas dissolved in the treated water past the reaction tank 1A is removed in a tank 9 for separating gas from the liquid.
