Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the cut trouble by preventing the contact between a guide wire and a raising/lowering wire which vertically shifts, when a ball protecting net is raised and lowered. CONSTITUTION:Guide wires 5A and 5B are arranged in plural line form. Accordingly, raising/lowering wires 3A and 3B can be laid between both the guide wires 5A and 5B, and the interference between the guide wires 5A and 5B and the raising/lowering wires 3A and 3B can be avoided, and the contact/cut trouble of the wire can be prevented.
